How Branded Reports Work
Branded reports let an eligible paid user or workspace apply branding to PDF output while still preserving GridGap's disclaimers and report boundary.
Logo model
The current model supports branding tied to the active paid context. In personal paid use that means personal branding, while in a Business workspace it means organisation branding for eligible workspace roles.
Personal and workspace roles
Personal report branding is managed from the user's personal account context. Shared workspace branding belongs to the Business workspace and is managed at workspace level rather than per member. That means not every workspace member will be able to change the branding just because they can use the workspace.
Practical limits
Branding is still a presentation layer. File handling, image suitability, sizing, and final layout can affect how cleanly a logo appears in exported output, and the exact presentation may continue to improve over time.
What branding does not change
Branding improves presentation, not engineering status. A report that includes a logo is still a preliminary sizing report and still requires professional validation before real-world implementation.
